Reauthorization of Auto-Tune 4 for Mac OS X or PC and Microphone Modeler for Mac OS X is accomplished via iLok USB smart key. iLok offers the ability to easily move your license from one computer to another as well as insuring that your license is not susceptible to disk crashes or other computer failures.
To take advantage of iLok authorization, you must be using version 4.2.3 or later of Auto-Tune 4 TDM, Audio Units, MAS, VST or RTAS for OS X or TDM, RTAS or DirectX for PC. If you are using an earlier version of Auto-Tune 4, download the free update here and, when installing the new version choose to update your authorization to iLok.
Re-authorization will also require your original Registration Code or serial number. If you have misplaced your original Registration Code or Serial Number, head on over to the [Registration Code Retrieval Page] and we'll try to find it for you.
If your music computer is not connected to the internet you can use another machine to authorize your iLok, and then return the iLok to the music computer.

However, once those 21 days are up, you will not be able to launch your plug-in until you authorize with an iLok, so don't procrastinate.
