Reauthorize Software

This web page is intended only for reauthorization of pre-iLok (i.e., old) Antares software. If you have Antares software that requires iLok authorization (which is everything we've released since early 2005), there is no reason for you to be here, as reauthorization will never be necessary.

If you are having trouble with iLok authorization, be sure that you have actually downloaded your auth to your iLok key at iLok.com, or check out our authorization help resources on our Support Page.

If you have previously registered and authorized your Antares software and for some reason need to reauthorize it, please provide the requested information below and click "Send."

Typically, you will receive your new authorization response within one business day.  For your convenience, all current Antares software products include a trial period, so that in most cases you can continue using the software while waiting to receive your authorization response.

Authorizing Legacy Software

All Antares software released since early 2001 has been designed to be registered and authorized via our automated web-based registration system. If you have a Registration Code (included on the yellow card in your software package (if you bought a retail package) or supplied with a download purchase), and you need to register and authorize your software for the first time, you're in the wrong place. Instead, go here.

If, on the other hand, you have somehow managed to acquire a product that predates the automated registration system (and includes a white registration card or key diskette), you're in the right place to register and authorize your product via manual Challenge/Response, where you provide the authorization "challenge" and Antares provides the matching "response", which unlocks the software for permanent usage.

Because Antares software is freely downloadable over the internet, it is necessary to establish valid ownership before issuing an authorization response. As soon as Antares receives your Product Registration Card, you become approved for authorization. If you have not yet sent in your registration card, for fastest service we recommend that you fax it to 831-461-7801.

In conjunction with your registration card, the following questionnaire provides us with the necessary information to identify you as a registered user and registers the serial number under your name. Make sure you have faxed or mailed in your registration card, then fill out the information below and click the "Send" button. Typically, you will receive your authorization response within one business day.
