+ I Am T-Pain "I'm On a Boat" Contest

Create your own version with I Am T-Pain for a chance to win fame, fortune, and cool stuff

To celebrate the release of "I'm On A Boat" (the single most overwhelmingly requested song) for the I Am T-Pain iPhone app, Smule and Nappy Boy are kicking off the "I'm On a Boat" contest, an opportunity for I Am T-Pain users to create their own unique version of the song for the chance to win a veritable plethora of cool prizes.

Entering is easy - just capture yourself performing "I'm On a Boat" using the I Am T-Pain app, upload it to YouTube, and then fill out the entry form on the contest web page. Creativity and humor matter, so show us what you've got - change the lyrics around, film yourself in cool places, whatever you want. Winners are determined based on creative achievement and video view counts - so spread the word to your friends and fans!

The contest runs for 10 weeks with a finalist chosen each week. A grand prize winner will then be selected from the 10 finalists.

The prizes include:

• One grand prize of $5,000 and a Big Ass Chain ($47 value, approximate weight of 10 lbs)
• $500 to each of the 10 finalists
• Other cool prizes, including autographed items, will be distributed during the contest. These prizes will go to contestants who make us laugh the hardest.

So, if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch (with an external microphone) and haven't checked out I Am T-Pain yet, now would be a great time to get in on the fun.
