Here's how it works:

• This offer is for registered owners of Auto-Tune 4 in the United States and Canada. (If you have not yet updated to Auto-Tune 4, you must update and register a copy of Auto-Tune 4 before applying for the rebate.)

• Sometime between April 1, 2006 and May 15, 2006, visit your local Antares dealer and make your best deal on a copy of AVOX*

• Install, register and authorize your copy of AVOX.

• Then simply go to www.antarestech.com/rebate and fill in your name and address, purchase date and dealer name. That's all there is - no receipt, proof of purchase, UPC codes or any other annoying documentation required.

• Antares will verify that you have registered and authorized both Auto-Tune 4 and AVOX by June 1, 2006 and will mail you a check for $50 (please allow 6 weeks for delivery).
