ABOUT THE AES SHOW

The Audio Engineering Society (AES) show is the place to find the latest recording hardware and software, with exhibits by both established industry leaders and startups. From large format mixers; to boutique mic preamps, compressors and EQs; to the latest audio plug-ins and more – analog or digital you can usually find it at AES NY. Attendees can also get access to educational presentations and panels on recording, mixing, music production, audio effects, surround sound, streaming, and other audio production topics. It’s also a great show for audio system designers, with engineering presentations covering new audio technologies and research.

ABOUT THE AUDIO ENGINEERING SOCIETY

The Audio Engineering Society is devoted exclusively to audio technology. Started in 1948, it is an international organization that unites audio engineers, creative artists, scientists and students worldwide. Over 12,000 members are part of more than 75 AES professional sections and more than 95 AES student sections. Sectional activities could include guest speakers, technical tours, demonstrations and other informational activities, in addition to sponsoring international conferences. At local AES events, members get opportunities for networking and personal growth.
