From June 9–13, New York City was invaded by thousands of artists, producers, creators, and songwriters uniting for the “world’s largest collaborative songwriting camp.” This was Anti Social Camp 2025: five epic days of pop-ups, panels, and pop-ins that put NYC back at the center of the music universe.

Day 1: Conference Energy & Intros

Make the Intros Count

Monday morning kicked off with the iHeartRadio Anti Social Music Conference at The New School—a who's-who of industry sponsors laying down the welcome mat. AutoTune’s very own CMO Spencer King got in front of the crowd, giving us brand props alongside names like Cigarettes After Sex, Beach Bunny, Scott Harris, and Ava Max. That combo of hype and authority? Instant credibility.

Day 2: Pop‑ups & Rooftop Vibes

AutoTune Lounge Takes Center Stage

Tuesday, Republic Studios in Chelsea became ground zero for Anti Social Camp and our AutoTune Artist Pop-up Lounge. Republic Studios became a space buzzing with creatives and young minds, ready to change the music industry for the better. AutoTune’s pop-up presented opportunities to test new tools, surveys to gather feedback for upcoming products, and opportunities to try our complete AI Vocal Chain plugins. Additionally, AutoTune production ambassador Nick Sarazen showed off awesome vocal production techniques using AutoTune plugins. The walls of Republic are lined with platinum songs from artists like Kid Cudi, Drake, The Weeknd, and Nicki Minaj. Everyone there understood the history they were a part of and what they could do to be a part of the next generation. 

Late‑Night Creativity

The long and fun day led to evening sessions like a Lower East Side rooftop after-hours at Flux. The event had a wonderful energy. Conversations flowed, ideas were shared, and the city felt full of creative momentum.

Day 3: From AI to IRL

Minicamp Meets AI

Wednesday’s Udio AI Minicamp in Brooklyn offered an afternoon of in-depth demos, passionate discussion, and a glimpse into how AI is already reshaping the songwriting process. Led by CEO Andrew Sanchez, Head of Product Ian Braunstein, and AI music creator King Williams, known for his viral TikTok track “BBL Drizzy.” The session sparked real conversation about the future of creativity through a fascinating deep dive into the tools, possibilities, and challenges of working with AI in music.

An Evening With Republic Records

Wednesday night’s Evening With Republic Records was less industry mixer, more full-blown party. Republic Studios opened its doors to all camp invitees, and suddenly everyone was shoulder to shoulder, talking, laughing, and connecting. No velvet ropes, no gatekeeping—just good music, good people, and a space built for real connection.

Day 4: Vibe Check, Pop‑ups, & Powerhouse Sessions

Republic Vibe Check: Studio Swagger

Thursday morning was next-level. We filmed our Republic Studios Vibe Check video, which showed an inside-look walkthrough of the studio that hosted Anti Social Camp and is home to many well-known recording artists like Drake, Kid Cudi, and Nicki Minaj. If you know AutoTune’s Vibe Check series, you know this was the gold standard. We filmed, vibed, and came away with a clip that screams, “we belong here.” This video in particular was special, though, since AutoTune became the first company to ever film a walkthrough at the world-famous Republic Studios.

Deep‑Dive Sessions

From 10 a.m.–6:30 p.m., AutoTune Sessions rolled out pop-up demos and 1‑on‑1 industry chats. We spoke with attendees about future music products, how to grow careers in the music industry, and tips and tricks on how to mix vocals with Grammy-nominated producer Nick Sarazen. AutoTune hosted two standout sessions: one with Bryce Vine, produced by Jesse Aicher and Corey LeRue, and another with Justin Starling, produced by SWEATA and Evan Brown. Both artists brought serious energy to the studio—and absolutely delivered.

Gala Night

To top it off, Recording Academy’s NYC Anti Social Gala at 99 Scott was a classy culmination—conversations, champagne, and post-midnight reflections.

Day 5: TIDAL Playback & Goodbye NYC

Listen Before You Leave

Friday afternoon brought us to the TIDAL Playback Party at Xanadu—sounds, conversations, and final handshakes. As the sun set, there was a hum of satisfaction and the feeling that New York had been rebranded a music capital all over again.

The Takeaway: Collaboration Over Competition

What stuck out the most? The atmosphere: vibrant, collaborative, boundary-pushing. Our AutoTune pop-ups weren’t just demos, they were invitations. An invitation to ideate, engage, give feedback, and co-create. 300 artists selected, thousands in attendance, and at every touchpoint, it felt as though AutoTune wasn’t just a sponsor. We were a central collaborator.
