Producer and songwriter Jeff Bhasker says the making of 808s and Heartbreaks“… was probably the easiest Kanye West record that ever got made,” he said. “It flowed the most effortlessly because we basically did it in three weeks.” This was their first collaboration, and likely the most memorable. Jeff says “We put the Auto-Tune on so he could do it live, and when he had that, it was like Christmas, you know? Because now all of a sudden he could play an instrument.”
